MPS's Summer Internship Program is a paid 12-week experience designed for students who are ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Throughout the summer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain valuable exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and project execution within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
You'll gain exposure to the design, manufacturing, and delivery of modular power solutions while working alongside experienced professionals across areas such as:
- Engineering Design
- Product Development
- Manufacturing Operations

- Supply Chain

WHAT YOU BRING TO MPS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or closely related discipline, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
- Previous internship experience in procurement/supply chain management a plus
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Interest in procurement, supply chain, logistics, and construction operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other business technologies
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site.
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
