Job Details

5+ years of commercial flooring (or similar) experience
Established network and relationships with clients, GCs, PMs, or facility owners
Excellent construction project delivery methods, contracts, and risk management
Project budgeting, estimation, negotiating, and presenting
Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, etc.
Results-oriented, problem solver, professional communicator
