$43,621.50 - $43,621.50

Job Description:

This role will maintain roadway signs and markings in clear and safe conditions.

 Examples of Duties:

  • Assists in the installation and maintenance of traffic signs and roadway markings. 
  • Inspects existing roadway signs and markings for proper placement and repair needs.
  • Maintains equipment used in the repair and installation of traffic signs and roadway markings. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

 Basic Qualifications:

  •  High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Driver’s License

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of related experience and/or training 

 Other Necessary Requirements:

  • May require evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • In the event of major storms or other emergency situations, this position may be subject to 24-hour shifts or any other emergency schedule that is necessary to meet the City’s needs.
