Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: High proficiency with ortho/neuro cases.

Special Requests: Must have your own vehicle for this assignment; the area has no public transportation. All RTO and scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; requests made after upload, at or after the offer, or at the interview will not be approved and may lead to a rescinded offer. Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work two blocks if scheduled/needed: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and weekend after.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday schedule. On-call is required. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.

Unit Details: Assists the surgeon as a scrub nurse according to prescribed standards. Assists the surgical team as a second circulator when directly supervised by a registered professional nurse functioning as the first circulator. Assists with housekeeping duties and department cleanliness as directed to ensure a safe patient environment. Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric.
