Full job description

Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide evening (7pm) care for seniors in our faith-based, nonprofit community. The LPN will deliver skilled nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and support rehabilitation and chronic disease management. Responsibilities include documentation, coordination with RNs and interdisciplinary teams, and communication with residents and families.
