Quick Facts Location: Longmont, CO at a leading facility in Longmont, Colorado Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent full-time position Shift: Night shift (6-12 shifts/month) Hours/week: 36-40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Board-certified OB/GYN required Experience: Prior inpatient OB/GYN experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: Verify actual compensation) Salary Range: $291,000 - $324,000 annually (full-time) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid malpractice insurance Generous CME allowance Retirement plans with employer match Paid family and medical leave Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Relocation assistance (if applicable) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnight, including labor management and deliveries Manage gynecologic consults and acute issues during night shifts Support emergency obstetric situations with rapid response capabilities Collaborate closely with a team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers Document all patient interactions and procedures in Epic EMR Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols Mentor residents or APPs during shifts (if applicable) Communicate effectively with day teams to ensure seamless handoffs Contribute to a culture dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care What You Need Required: Board-certified OB/GYN Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one Minimum of 2 years inpatient OB/GYN experience Preferred: Experience working night shifts in a hospital setting Strong team collaboration skills About the Assignment Join a supportive, modern hospital environment dedicated to delivering high-quality inpatient obstetric care.
