Retail Agent

Our client, a leading retail and logistics organization, is seeking a Part time Counter Agent/Customer Service professional to join their team. As a Counter Agent/Customer Service, you will be part of the customer support team supporting retail operations and shipping inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Counter Agent/Customer Service

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay Range: $20/hour

Shift: 9am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday, 20-25 hours weekly

What's the Job?

• Assist customers with shipping inquiries and provide shipping quotes
• Support store operations by managing customer interactions and inquiries
• Utilize internal chat systems and participate in daily team calls
• Ensure a cashless operation environment with security measures in place
• Maintain a high level of accountability and communication with team members and supervisors

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience serving customers in fast-paced environments
• Reliability with a maximum of 2 jobs in the past 5 years
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or logistics industries preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask during peak periods
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus in many markets
