Registered Nurse Resource Pool

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse Resource Pool team member to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units based on staffing needs. In this flexible role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and document in the EMR. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support patient and family education, and uphold safety and infection-control standards.
