Job Summary and Qualifications
- Organizes and directs operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services.
- Supports and or leads Clinical Managers/CM to meet performance expectations to include the direct participation of CM duties.
- Monitors agency key metrics as outlined by HHD and collaborates to address variations and opportunities.
- Reports on operational, clinical, and quality performance.
- May conduct field related supervised visits of personal, patient visits and client visits.
What qualifications you will need:
- Drivers License
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- 5 years in healthcare administration or 3 years of management experience in Home Health care or related health programs.
- Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
