Full job description
Remote, United States
The Job:
- Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of digital products, including web applications, mobile applications, and/or device firmware.
- Contribute to the delivery of digital product solutions that align with product specifications and technical architecture standards.
- Participate in agile sprint development processes to help ensure timely, effective delivery.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation in lifecycle management tools.
- Assist with debugging, updating, and enhancing digital products.
- Support formal change management processes for product updates and releases.
- Resolve routine technical issues of limited scope using established processes and sound engineering judgment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to shared team objectives.
The Person:
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Product Engineering concepts, practices, and methodologies.
- The ability to perform standard engineering assignments with guidance as part of a Digital Product team.
- Foundational skills in one or more of the following areas: full stack development, front-end development, back-end development, API service development, iOS development, or Android development.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Bitbucket for change and code management.
- Familiarity with Figma for interface design standards.
- Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud development platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
