SSM Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services within our integrated Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will evaluate patients with diverse conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in our EHR, and support SSM Health’s mission of faith-based, compassionate service in a respectful, patient-centered environment.
