Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
* Facility Type: Outpatient
* Shift Name: Days
* Working Hours: M-F 8-5
* Patient Sessions: 40 min sessions, no double booking
* Support Staff: 2 PTAs for support
* Patient Age Range: 16+
