• Lead operations for multiple restaurant locations
• Drive sales, profitability, and performance
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers
• Ensure execution of brand standards
• Monitor labor, food, and operating costs
• Identify and resolve operational challenges
• Support recruiting, training, and team development

District Manager Requirements

• Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
• Strong P&L management skills
• Proven team development background
• Experience coaching restaurant management teams
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to drive operational consistency
• Drive-thru experience required
