• Night shifts only ‐‐ 7 pm ‐ 7 am
• Approximately 10 ‐ 12 shifts per month
• 60 ppd on normal days; heavy days up to 75 ppd
• Emergency department ‐‐ outpatient and inpatient EM coverage
• APP support available ‐‐ 8 am ‐ 8 pm and 12 pm ‐ 12 am
• Level 3 trauma capability ‐‐ higher acuity transfers available
• Coverage need due to staffing transitions
• Sundays through Tuesdays are the busiest days of the week
