Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate who thrives in a fast-paced specialty practice and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Experience in a vascular, vein, surgical, or other specialty practice is preferred; however, candidates with strong outpatient clinical experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all patients with a friendly smile, prepare patients for examination including taking vital signs and documenting EMR chart with patient concerns, and symptoms
  • Assist Providers with patient treatments
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
  • Travel to satellite offices, with travel reimbursement
  • Assist with scheduling of requested testing and labs
  • Ensure safe and sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Prepare solutions for injections
  • Complies with Policies and Procedures, and adheres to safety guidelines to ensure a safe work and patient care environment
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Certified Medical Assistant (required)
  • BLS Certification (desired)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
