Prep Cook - Buffalo Wild Wings

Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong attention to detail
• Included but not limited to: Food Prep, Food Runner
• Keeping work stations clean throughout your shift

-Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.

-Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.

-Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.

-Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.

-Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.

-Completes all required documentation, reports, logs as required.

• Cook food items according to recipes and food production standards
• Ensure food is safely prepared and at the proper temperature for consumption
• Keep cooking station clean and orderly during shift
• Comply with all sanitation and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment
• Safely use and operate cooking appliances and utensils
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service for guests as needed
• Assist in ordering and receiving food products for the kitchen as needed
• Work in a busy environment and standing for long periods of time
