Primary Responsibilities:
Install bushings, bearings, sleeves, and metal shims on all aircraft programs according to the
overhaul manual specifications, using machinery and hydraulic presses. Utilize close
tolerance measuring instruments to assure compliance with CMM specifications.

Operate honing machinery and devices, including mill machinery for swaging of bearings.
Utilize close tolerance measuring instruments to assure compliance with CMM specifications.

Perform final inspection and stocking of bushings.
Train employees on all required processes within the department, and lead the team and
operations in the department in the absence of the Group Leader when required

Execute bush bore functions utilizing light machining. (Lathe/bush work)
Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 2
years of relevant experience.

OR In the absence of an HS diploma, GED, or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is
Required

Ability to interpret blueprints
Ability to use all necessary close tolerance measurement instruments with proficiency
Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP
Experience in honing or turret lathe operation

Continuous Improvement training ACE/CORE

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
