Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Some adult subacute/SNF experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Facility size: 170-bed skilled nursing facility
