Physical Therapist

Middlesex Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitative care for diverse patients across our integrated healthcare system. In this role, you will evaluate functional limitations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians, document care in the EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
