Med Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Med Care Manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality care for residents in our senior living community. In this resident-centered role, you will manage safe medication administration, perform ongoing health assessments, and update individualized care plans. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacies, and a compassionate care team, ensure regulatory and infection control compliance, and maintain accurate documentation. You will also educate and support care staff, and build trusting, respectful relationships with residents and families every day.
