We're partnered with a leading California full-service law firm that is recruiting for a highly skilled transactional attorney with affordable housing and low-income housing tax credits experience to join their dynamic real estate practice in Irvine. Remote candidates admitted to the California bar will be considered for this role.

- Ensure ongoing LIHTC compliance and navigate complex regulatory frameworks
- Deliver practical, solution-oriented counsel directly to clients while identifying and mitigating tax-related risks
- Draft comprehensive joint venture agreements on behalf of developers across diverse real estate projects
