Job Overview

• Specialty: OB/GYN
• State: Meridian, MS
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed.
• Setting: Inpatient and OB/GYN ED coverage in Meridian; 215-bed, Level III hospital.
• Patient Volume: Average of 5-6 ED patients/day; delivery volume varies.
• Job Details: In-house 24-hour call as second call/backup, primarily weekends. Sporadic shifts with no guaranteed schedule; typically 2-3 months€™ advance notice. Coverage includes unassigned patients and high- and low-risk deliveries. Onsite apartment available during call. No nighttime APP support or supervision responsibilities. Client covers travel using an approved hotel list.
• Client Requirements: Board-certified; Mississippi license or IMLC accepted. Experience with all delivery levels preferred. Local candidates are a plus. Credentialing: approximately 90 days.
