Full job description
The Emory Critical Care Center is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Critical Care Medicine Physician to join an established and thriving group at Emory University Hospital. The Physician will attend to the needs of all patients within the scope of licensing, training and credentialing, performing patient care activities to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a Critical Care Medicine Physician and assist in generating adequate practice volume. The Physician will participate in on-call duties and actively participate in meetings and committees. Practice medicine within the current scope of national patient safety goals.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert clinical care in a high-acuity ICU setting

Collaborate on strategic development of critical care services
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture across multidisciplinary staff
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.).
Must hold or be able to attain a valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia.
Hold a valid DEA certificate without restriction.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine
Academic or teaching interest preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Must be computer literate.
