General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest service and speed of service
  • Keep a consistent focus on training and growth and a relentless passion for quality
  • Lead daily operations, staffing, and profitability
  • Be passionate about delivering beyond what is expected

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment -- always hands-on
  • 3-5 years experience in a General Manager role in fast food restaurant
  • A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
  • Preference for no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
  • A dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment
