Full job description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Receives, manages, and enforces imperatives of the Online Dean and Vice Provost.
2. Receives and reviews recommended online faculty teaching assignments from Online Chairs and submits course assignments to the Online Dean.
3. Supports online faculty by responding to all questions related to online policies and procedures, technical issues, compensation, teaching load, future scheduling of courses W-9, etc.
4. Collects and reviews all assessment and course evaluations from Online Chairs and reports all online faculty assessment and course evaluations to the Online Dean.
5. Oversees the faculty application and hiring process.
6. Works with Online Chairs in order to maintain and update faculty communications.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies
A bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canvas, and ability to learn Sharepoint required. A master's degree, institutional knowledge of Liberty, and experience using Sharepoint preferred. Effective communication both verbally and in writing. Ability to intuitively reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature. Excellent computer and organizational skills. Regularly lift 10 or fewer pounds.

Pay Range
Compensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, along with University needs and external market conditions. Market benchmarks may be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity to ensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensation structure.
The position may also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance.
$44,000.00 - $50,000.00
