- Structure ambiguous business questions and determine the appropriate analytical approach to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze large and complex datasets using GIS and analytical tools to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
- Translate analytical findings into executive-ready presentations, maps, visualizations, and business recommendations.
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of solutions and pipeline management related to assigned operations.
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills, knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and an understanding of international business.
- Work independently to develop recommendations for support functions while providing support and leadership.
- Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
- Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.

- 4+ years of experience building reports, dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations using analytical tools and business intelligence platforms.
- 2+ years of experience analyzing large, complex datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience using GIS platforms such as Esri ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, or comparable geospatial tools.
- Experience supporting retail banking, financial services, branch distribution, or multi-site retail organizations.
- Experience evaluating branch locations, trade areas, market potential, or real estate portfolio strategies.

- Experience with spatial modeling, predictive analytics, and market forecasting.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
- Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for executive audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives.
