Job DetailsMedical Director / Lead Physician (M.D./DO):
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Physician looking for a combination of administrative work and direct patient care. The Medical Director/Lead Physician will work Monday - Friday (8-5pm) and will be eligible for performance bonus.
Qualifications:
* M.D. or DO Required
* Board Certification in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and/or Orthopedics required
* Must have experience occupational medicine and/or worker's compensation or related specialty
* Current DEA licensure
* BLS Certified
* FMCSA Certification for DOT exams (within 60-days of hire)
* Active CO Medical License in good standing
