- Credentialing Timeframe: temporary privileges in 7 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Medhost
- Certifications required: Board Certified ( BC) Interventional Cardiology; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Licensure required: Active FL license
