Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse – Senior Care

Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide person-centered care to seniors in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LVN will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes. In our faith-based, mission-driven environment, you’ll build supportive relationships with residents and families, promote dignity and respect, document care accurately, and help coordinate transitions across our continuum, including skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, memory care, and home health.
