- Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates
Other duties as assigned. Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery. Administers commonly used drugs and solutions in Cardiology and Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures. Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care. Documents all phases of patient status while in care. Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments. Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Communication, delegation, coordination, evaluation, assessment, and interpersonal skills. [Required]
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows based programs. [Required]
- Participation in S.T.A.B.L.E. program for nurses working with newborns preferred; may obtain post-hire within six months. [Required]
- Participation in C.O.R.E. program for nurses providing primary NICU care; may obtain post-hire when the program is offered. [Required]
Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study:
Work Experience:
- 1+ years experience in an area of NICU Nursing [Preferred]

Pay Range:
