• In-house/laborist call -- 7 am - 7 am shifts
• 15 patients seen per day -- 8 admissions daily
• 1,750 deliveries per year
• 15 phone consults per day
• Hospital setting
• OB deliveries required -- low risk req, high risk preferred
• Admissions required
