Bar Manager – High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years managing a full-service restaurant bar program
High-volume management experience, ideally $3M+ in annual restaurant volume
High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Passion for training, coaching, and developing staff
Strong knowledge of bar operations, inventory, beverage costs, and service standards
Hands-on leadership style with a focus on an exceptional guest experience
Previous BOH experience is a plus
