Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional training, and monitor patient progress toward mobility and independence goals. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and contribute to a supportive, patient‑centered environment that values dignity, respect, and evidence‑based practice.
