As a Sales Leader at CMA , you will:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance.
* Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
* Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
* Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies..

Requirements:
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions).
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
