Full job description

Urgent: Locum Hospitalist needed in Rural North Florida
 Location: Northern Florida, 45 miles west of Jacksonville
Dates Needed:
9/28 - 10-12
12/24 - 1/2 (Christmas & New Years)
Can take 4 days minimum on either end of a date range, up to the full range (not out of the middle)
Shifts are 24 hrs, noon to noon; 12 hour shift + 12 hour call
Orientation is first day at 8am (4 hours)
Rate is $3000/day; $3350 on Christmas and New Years days
Travel to site provided
Lodging & food provided on site
Malpractice Insurance provided
Requirements:
  • Active FL License (unrestricted)
  • BE/BC IM/Hospitalist
  • Clean DEA & NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases)
  • Must be able to do intubations, vents, lines
  • Must commit to minimum of 4 days of any of the date ranges (not taken in the middle of the range)
  • Commitment to serving rural/remote/underserved areas
