Northwest Hospital is seeking an experiencedNurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)to join ourCritical Care ICU/IMC teamin Randallstown, Maryland.

- You'll practice at the top of yourlicensemanaging complex ICU and Step-Downpatients
- Participate in rapid clinical decision-making
- Serve as a trusted clinical leader within a high-performing physician-directed team

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accreditedNurse Practitioner (NP)orPhysician Assistant (PA)program
- Master's degree required
- Minimum 3-5 years of critical care, ICU, or hospital-based experience preferred
- Maryland NP or PA License (active and in good standing)
- Advanced Practice approval (if applicable)
- NCCPAcertification (forPAs)
- National NP Board Certification (for NPs)
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Maryland CDS License
Preferred Experience
- ICU or Intermediate Care (IMC) experience
- Ventilator management
- High-acuity inpatient medicine
- Rapid response / code team participation
