Christian family seeking a like-minded, long-term nanny

We are a Christian family in Roseville, MN seeking a loving, dependable, like-minded Christian nanny for our two girls, ages 4.5 and 2.5. We’re looking for someone interested in a long-term relationship with our family. Our Christian faith is central to how we live and raise our children, and we’re looking for someone who shares our faith and values. We need approximately 25–30+ hrs/week. We are both academic physicians, so our schedules vary. Flexibility is needed for longer days, occasional evenings/weekends, and a few 5–7 day stretches each year followed by several days off. Schedules are provided a month in advance, and a sample schedule is available upon request. We’d love to connect!
