Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this inpatient rehab role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in our EMR.
