Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Assistant-LPN to support our providers in delivering high-quality, compassionate care at our Ardmore Northwest Blvd clinic. In this role, you’ll room patients, obtain vital signs, manage histories and medication reconciliations, administer injections, perform basic procedures, and support chronic disease management. You will document accurately in the EHR, assist with care coordination and patient education, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, contributing to Mercy’s mission of personalized, community-focused healthcare.
