REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will coordinate and implement individualized care plans, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress toward rehabilitation goals. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe discharges and optimal outcomes, educate patients and families on recovery and self-care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold quality, safety, and infection-control standards in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality patient-centered care and professional growth.
