Full job description
WellStar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive obstetric and perinatal ultrasound exams for routine and high-risk pregnancies, following established protocols to capture detailed fetal and maternal imaging. You will work closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, obstetricians, and nurses, providing accurate measurements, documentation, and preliminary findings to support diagnosis and care planning. The sonographer will educate and comfort patients, maintain equipment and exam rooms, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and participate in ongoing education and quality initiatives within our integrated health system.
