Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention to enhance patients’ functional outcomes and quality of life. You will document care in EMR, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
