  • This healthcare facility was awarded on the Forbes list of Best-in-State Employers.
  • In search of multiple Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
  • OR schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
  • No additional call!
  • Cases include Orthopedics (total joints/sports medicine), ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, and some minor Vascular.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision offered the first of the month after your start date.
  • Paid Time Off / Sick Time.
  • 403(b) retirement plan with company match.
