Technology Development Engineer Intern 

Location: Bloomington, MN| [On-Site] 


Employment Type: Temporary – 12-13 weeks  

About the Role 

The Development Engineering Intern will report to the Lead Engineer in the Technology Development and Transfer group to support new development efforts. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Characterize electrical parametric devices by hand probe 

  • Perform and evaluate process splits 

  • Measure and analyze inline wafer data (film thickness, critical dimensions, etc.) 

  • Create process characterization documents 

  • Support company initiatives, such as; quality, safety and environmental management, CQI, 5S, yield management, cost containment and perform other duties as assigned. 

  • Other duties, as assigned

 

Qualifications 
Required: 

  • Students working toward a Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics 

  • Students in their Junior year or higher 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Preferred: 

  • Coursework should include: Intro to Device Physics and/or Semiconductor Processing course

What We Offer: 

Salary: $25.50 - $32.20 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
