Occupational Therapist

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate in-home therapy to seniors and adults with chronic conditions. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve patients’ safety, function, and independence at home.
