Assistant Manager

Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations in our fast-casual chicken restaurant. You’ll support the General Manager by supervising shifts, delegating tasks, and ensuring food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness meet Zaxby’s standards. Responsibilities include coaching and motivating team members, handling guest concerns with Southern hospitality, managing cash and inventory, and upholding food safety procedures.
