General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a busy restaurant and deli offering full-service dining, carryout and catering.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong ownership mentality and experience managing a restaurant generating $1.5M+ in annual revenue. This person will be responsible for operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant, deli, carryout, and catering operations
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability
• Oversee catering orders and execution
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Maintain high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Drive sales and operational improvements
• Lead by example and create a positive, accountable team culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience managing $1.5M+ annual revenue
• Full-service restaurant experience required
• Catering experience required
• Strong P&L and financial management skills
• Proven team-building and employee development experience
• Hands-on leadership style with strong business acumen
• Beer/alcohol service experience preferred
