Clinician III

Manchester Memorial Hospital seeks a Clinician III to provide acute behavioral health assessment, psychotherapy, and care coordination for diverse patients. In this LCSW/LPC/LMFT/Psych role, you will complete psychosocial evaluations, develop treatment plans, lead individual and group therapy, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and case managers. You will ensure safe discharge planning, connect patients with community resources, and document care accurately.
