Certified Nurse Aide

Brickyard Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this hands-on role, you will assist with activities of daily living, support mobility and comfort, take and record vital signs, and observe and report changes in residents’ conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and therapists in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment focused on dignity, safety, clinical excellence, and meaningful connections with residents across our Indiana communities.
