Job Description: Clinic / OR / Call

Schedule

  • Coverage: Scheduled + On Call required
  • Shift Description: Day
  • Shift: Standard
  • 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 16:30
  • Start Date: 5/10
  • Contract Length: ongoing
  • Shift Details: clinic, procedures, OR and call (daytime)
  • Schedule:
    • 2 weeks per month Monday-Friday
    • 8am-4:30pm
    • no nights
    • 8-5 PM M-F- mix of hospital rounds, OR and clinic

Work Details

  • Support Staff: 3 Medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice manager
  • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: coverage for 6 weeks each month
  • Patients per day: 40-70
  • Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (no peds)
  • Department Description: Urology office with newer renovation. 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms. Long tenured staff
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Hospital Bed Size: 73
  • Skills Required: general urology

Requirements

  • Board Certification: BC/BE
  • State License: Pennsylvania required
  • Willing to License: Yes
  • DEA: Required (PA)
  • Minimum Experience Required: 1 year

Credentialing

  • Credentialing Timeframe: less than 90 days
  • Temporary privileges available with clean file
